I booked tickets through tripsta. I decided to change my return ticket so i messaged the customer service. Their response was prompt but...they answered once and then their representative dissapeared. I called the call center and i realised they charge 0,37euros/minute!!! Thats insane!!! I wont use tripsta ever again. I regret already for using tripsta. Worst service ever. You better improve your services.
This app is not working at all! It is waste of time. They just want to get your info!
Does not find flights from all destinations.
Try contacting them or changing your booking? I dare you.
Terrible customer service. If you are looking for a company and app that have even a sliver of your interest in mind... look elsewhere.
